Position Summary:
The Vice President will be a key member of the investment team, responsible for leading deal execution, managing portfolio companies, and supporting the firm's overall investment strategy. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep transaction experience, sector knowledge, and the ability to work closely with management teams to drive growth and operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all aspects of deal execution, including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction structuring.
• Develop and present investment theses and recommendations to the Investment Committee.
• Source and evaluate new investment opportunities through industry research and relationship development.
• Oversee portfolio company performance, including strategic planning, KPI tracking, and board-level engagement.
• Collaborate with management teams to implement value creation initiatives and operational enhancements.
• Mentor and guide junior investment professionals.
Qualifications:
• 6-10 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or corporate development, with a minimum of 3 years in a direct investing role.
• Demonstrated success in executing transactions and managing portfolio companies.
• Strong sector expertise in industrials, consumer, business services, or manufacturing.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
